Miss Ten Homestay

I really liked and enjoyed the location. The room was spacious and comfortable. Lovely staff.

The bedding had all kinds of stains, didn’t feel dirty but just wasn’t very nice to sleep with weird orange stains on the blanket for example. Also there is no elevator so if you have a big suitcase it hard.

Our favourite stay in Vietnam! Miss Ten’s hospitality is like no other :) she is sooo kind and helpful (and so is her husband! ) she was willing to help us with any of our questions and we really trust her. Her property is also nice and clean + incredible location. You won’t regret staying with Miss Ten, she is the best!!! 10/10

Miss Ten and her family are lovely people, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Miss Ten gave great recommendations for tailors, booked a tour for us, organised transport from the airport and even made breakfast (banh mi) for us. Location is also brilliant. Couldn’t recommend more!

- Nice home with a good location, walkable distance to Hoi An old city. - Nice welcome from Miss Ten when we arrived, very friendly when we were passing by the entrance

- The room we hot had no real window : the only window was opening in the house staircase where everybody can pass and see inside. No fresh air, and dark, I felt like we were in a box. - we had ants in the bathroom, broken shower head - Don’t count on the free bicycle : they got us one mountain bike that was actually their son’s bike, which was pretty nice👍, but the one they had for guests was rusty and had no breaks (literally broken brakes wire!), it was very dangerous. I had to pay to rent one to the neighbor (had almost no break either…) - Quite a bad experience on our last day as we arranged a car to Danang with Miss Ten, but she pressured us to get back before 10 which was very stressful and ruined part of our day. Eventually ended up getting our own Grab (cheaper !)
