Spacious modern room with everything one could need. Comfortable bed and pillows. Well appointed bathroom. Wonderful host was very accomodating and helpful and kind.

Really comfortable studio in a quiet laneway just outside the old town - a short bike ride or easy ten minute walk to the riverside.
The unit was well equipped with a kitchenette, fridge, and a small dining counter / table.
There’s a small workspace in one corner and the wifi worked well throughout our stay.
Plenty of space to store and hang clothes, bed was very comfortable, and the ensuite bathroom was large and well appointed.
Communication with Phuong was super easy, and she was always quick to respond to any questions we had via WhatsApp.
She also kindly helped us with renting bicycles during our stay and organising drinking water in 50Lt bottles.

The staff was friendly and helpful. I had to leave Hoi An early because of work and they were very fair with me concerning the bill.
The room was a bit rundown and could use some paint. There was a dog barking all night. The room was too hot even with the AC and a fan going all night.
