Centrally Located:
* Minutes to shopping, restaurants, and coffee shops
* 30 min to downtown Franklin

When you walk through the front door, you enter a spacious living room with vaulted ceilings, comfortable seating, and a Smart TV. To the right, you’ll find the kitchen and dining area, perfect for cooking and gathering. The washer and dryer are tucked away in a closet just off the kitchen for your convenience.
On the opposite side of the house, off the living room, a hallway leads to the three bedrooms. The primary bedroom is on the right and features an ensuite bathroom and a full walk-in closet. Across the hall, you’ll find the guest bathroom, and at the end of the hallway, two guest bedrooms sit opposite each other. One guest room has a queen bed and desk, and the other has two double beds.
Outside, enjoy the private, fully fenced backyard with a fire pit ideal for relaxing evenings.
QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Quiet hours consist of no loud music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents.
OCCUPANTS. The total number of individuals staying on the Premises should not exceed 8. If more than the authorized number of guests listed above are found on the Premises, this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Host. Please let us know in advance if you plan to have any visitors at the property.
Extra Charges:
A $50 extra cleaning fee will be added if confetti or glitter is used for a party and requires extra cleaning.
LONG STAYS: More the two weeks we charge an additional $50 every two weeks. Example 14 nights = $50 extra cleaning fee. 28 nights or more = extra $100 and so on.
SMOKING POLICY. Smoking on the Premises is prohibited. Guests will be charged the $850 (yes its a lot, but this is the cheapest option we can find) it costs to get a company to come and get rid of the smell of smoke if our cleaner can not get rid of it.

We thoroughly enjoyed this home!! The host was very helpful and responsive. The home was super clean and tastefully decorated. The beds are incredibly comfortable!! The home was cozy and spacious for my entire family including 3 little kids. Kitchen has everything you need, we made several meals. The kids loved finding fall leaves in the backyard and we made many memories making s’mores around the campfire. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home! It was the perfect place to connect with our family in the area.

I stayed with my daughter and her roommate. My daughter was moving to Spring Hill and we wanted a safe place to stay where we could park the cars with all of their belongings.First of all the house was gorgeous! Very very clean. The neighborhood was very quiet. The couch was unbelievably comfortable. The beds were equally as comfy. The master bath was very well equipped. I know this is weird but you know this is a good place when the bath towels are super thick! Back yard is very nice. It has a fire pit and although we didn’t use the fire pit, I sat outside for a bit and enjoyed the quiet.If you’re not sure, I promise you, this place is worth it. Will be back, promise!As for check in, I received the code about 2 days before we arrived. Easy to just enter the code and you are in! :)
