About this house rental
This peaceful family home is ready to welcome you to beautiful Spring Hill, TN! You'll be minutes from anything you may need, fast freeway access and still in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood.
Do you have kids you need to keep an eye on? Then the large, fully fenced backyard with patio table and chairs, gravel fire pit area, charcoal grill etc will be perfect for you! Teens who want their own space? Stick them upstairs in the room with king bed, comfy chairs, couch, tv etc. Little ones? The two smaller bedrooms downstairs with twin beds, small table and chairs will fit them just right. And of course the cozy master bedroom with full ensuite and walk-in closet is ready to welcome you after a long day out. The dining table with 6 chairs will fit your family with ease, and three bar chairs at the large island will give you more seating flexibility if needed. Two extremely comfortable sofas in the living room rock and recline for the ultimate relaxation, and you can see right through the open floorplan dining/kitchen area into the serene sunroom with sofa, games and small seating area. There's room for 2-3 cars in the driveway, electronic door lock for your ease of use, and wifi throughout the home. Living room and upstairs TV's have Rokus so you can log into your streaming accounts.

This home is very clean, well stocked, and spacious. Carlie was a great communicator. There were 4 adults and a 4 year old in our group. The location was just right for the graduation we were there for. The one and only side note is that there is one small bathroom accessible to everyone, and one bathroom enclosed in the master bedroom, which made getting ready for all of us sharing the one small bath a challenge. But this is definitely workable! Thanks for a great stay Carlie!

Pros- the size was great for our group, nice/large backward, very centrally located, good communication from host.Cons- I didn’t realize when booking that there’s no bathroom upstairs in the largest room. I was told the two rooms with twin beds are uncomfortable (two king beds were comfortable though).

Pros: The home is as pictured, and the location was convenient. There were stores and restaurants just a few minutes away. The hosts were responsive and accommodating. The kitchen was stocked with supplies and snacks, including fresh eggs. The beds are comfortable and there’s plenty of space in the home.
Cons: Unfortunately, the washer was broken and the house smelled like a dog. There was a roof leak the day of our arrival, but the hosts had it tarped within hours. The bedrooms have no TVs.
The host discounted our stay due to the cons mentioned. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would book again.
