For shared use: well-kept garden with lawn and flowers, swimming pool (100 m2, depth 50 - 140 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Apr. - 15.Oct. pool opening hours: 09:00-13:00 and 16:00-19:30). Outdoor shower, tennis. In the complex: WiFi, washing machine (for shared use). Roofed, parking on the premises. Parking space or garage only for small to medium-sized cars. Supermarket, restaurant, bar 400 m, bus stop 600 m, sandy beach 1 km. Nearby attractions: San Teodoro 16 km, Olbia Aeroporto/Porto 13 km, Porto Cervo 43 km. Please note: car recommended. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome Olbia in Via Mestre 11, 12 km. Services included: WI-FI in common areas, access to the swimming pool, use of the tennis court (Tennis court will be availabe till oct. 2023). Please note: BBQ is not allowed. Vista mozzafiato sull'isola di Tavolara, appartamento spazioso e pulito immerso in un giardino molto ben curato pieno di fiori e piante. Bella e comoda la piscina e il campo da tennis, servizio di lavanderia. La località è strategica, vicino a Olbia e a tutte le spiagge più belle. Consigliato vivamente!!!

Die Außenanlage ist äußerst attraktiv, mit einem tollen Pool und Ausblick. Das Innere der Wohnung lässt zu wünschen übrig. Sehr spartanisch eingerichtet, nicht wohnlich. Die Küche entspricht einer sehr einfachen Camping-Kochgelegenheit. Dass der Schlüssel an einem anderen Ort abgeholt und auch wieder abgegeben werden muss, entspricht auch nicht meiner Idee von gutem Service. Keine Internetverbindung in den Appartements ist völlig inakzeptabel. Klimaanlage gedrosselt, trotzdem voll berechnet.
