For shared use: well-kept garden with lawn and flowers, swimming pool (100 m2, depth 50 - 140 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Apr. - 15.Oct. pool opening hours: 09:00-13:00 and 16:00-19:30). Outdoor shower, tennis. In the complex: WiFi, washing machine (for shared use). Roofed, parking on the premises. Parking space or garage only for small to medium-sized cars. Supermarket, restaurant, bar 400 m, bus stop 600 m, sandy beach 1 km. Nearby attractions: San Teodoro 16 km, Olbia Aeroporto/Porto 13 km, Porto Cervo 43 km. Please note: car recommended. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome Olbia in Via Mestre 11, 12 km. La struttura di recente ristrutturazione ,costruita con materiali di pregio e cura nei dettagli ,fanno si che si integri perfettamente nel paesaggio. Gli Appartamenti sono ben arredati e dotati di tutti i comfort. Gli spazi esterni ed i giaridni sono bellissimi e ben curati . La posizione della struttura è ottimale sia dal dal punto di vista logistico , e gode di una vista meravigliosa . Lo consiglio vivamente! Tornerò sicuramente
