Motor access to the house (1.5 km via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Supermarket 3.5 km, restaurant 3.5 km, bar 3.5 km, bus stop 4.5 km, sandy beach "La Finosa" 5 m. Please note: car recommended. Owner lives in separate semi-detached house. Animals in the neighbourhood. Property ref. IT7201.700.1 is situated on the same property.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war wie es vorher beschrieben wurde. Ein herrliches Fleckchen Erde. Die Zufahrt ist teilweise mit vielen Schlaglöchern versehen. Kleine Herausforderung für das Auto. Vor Ort viele Katzen. Für Allergiker sicherlich nicht ohne, für uns war das kein Problem. Wir können diesen Ort nur empfehlen.

Lieu exceptionnel, maison confortable ( simple mais bien équipée), tout ce qu il faut à proximité. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.
