For shared use: well-kept garden with lawn and flowers, swimming pool (100 m2, depth 50 - 140 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Apr. - 15.Oct. pool opening hours: 09:00-13:00 and 16:00-19:30). Outdoor shower, tennis. In the complex: WiFi, washing machine (for shared use). Roofed, parking on the premises. Parking space or garage only for small to medium-sized cars. Supermarket, restaurant, bar 400 m, bus stop 600 m, sandy beach 1 km. Nearby attractions: San Teodoro 16 km, Olbia Aeroporto/Porto 13 km, Porto Cervo 43 km. Please note: car recommended. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome Olbia in Via Mestre 11, 12 km. Services included: WI-FI in common areas, access to the swimming pool, use of the tennis court (Tennis court will be availabe till oct. 2023). Please note: BBQ is not allowed. Bellissima locazione tutto davvero eccellente e come descritto le foto corrispondevano alla realtà ma non le rendevano giustizia !! Davvero stupendo posizione ottima con supermercati farmacie pizzerie a pochi passi il luogo dove ritirare le chiavi è lì vicino all’ aereoporto molto vicino e il ragazzo in reception è stato davvero molto gentile e sorridente

Eine wunderschöne saubere Unterkunft aber leider haben die lächerlichen Poolregeln den Urlaub getrübt. Kein Essen, kein Trinken. Keine Bälle und keine Luftmatratze! Pool v 13 bis 16 Uhr geschlossen. Bei Nichteinhaltung Mahnungen per Zettel vor der Tür und Androhung v finanziellen Belastungen.
