About this house rental
Beautiful house of 110 m2 on one level, quiet, on a wooded plot of 1700m2, facing the hills of the ubac in a serene atmosphere, not overlooked, you can swim in the private swimming pool of 32m2 equipped with an alarm and its sunbeds.
We can accommodate up to 6 people.

You will have a lounge area for 8 people for your meals sheltered under the pergola with the possibility of making a barbecue.
As well as garden furniture for the aperitif.

The interior consists of:
1 first master bedroom with King size bed and bathroom.
1 second bedroom with King size bed.
1 third bedroom with double bed.

Large living room with fireplace and dining room opening onto a fully equipped open kitchen.
Tenants will have access to a fridge, freezer and washing machine.

For us, a family with 2 kids around age of 10, this was the perfect holiday rental. This house offers a high quality pool with professional filter system to keep the water quality at top level. It has multiple terraces for dining, lounging, sitting in the shade. It has a good outdoor kitchen with an excellent gas barbecue. The house is equipped with a central climate control system that distributes cool air to all rooms, so you can sleep well even when it's very hot. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. For coffee it has both a Tassimo machine and a normal filter coffee machine. There is also a solid internet connection (glass fiber).The house is in a nice characteristic small village (Le Thoronet) that has all facilities (small super market, bakery, butcher, some restaurants). It is around 10 minutes away from the highway, which makes it easy to visit places like Frejus, Cannes, Monaco.We were welcomed by Eric, the owner of the house, who explained everything very well. The communication with Eric and Laurence before and during our stay was always easy and punctual.Thank you Eric and Laurance for welcoming us in your house. We had an excellent stay and felt very welcome.
