The garden and pool are shared with the owner and the second guesthouse. A gentle and authentic immersion in the Provençal countryside: a chicken coop, an orchard, and a permaculture vegetable garden, as well as goats, sheep, and donkeys at the neighbors’ homes. Located near the Var’s must-see attractions, this is an ideal starting point for exploring the region’s traditional villages, markets, hiking trails, and wineries. First floor: Entrance via the veranda. Well-equipped kitchen, dining room/living room with sofas, bathroom, and separate toilet. Upstairs: one bedroom with 3 single beds (including 1 bunk bed), one bedroom with a 140x190 double bed, one bedroom with a 160x200 double bed, and a bathroom with a toilet. 10x5m swimming pool (depth 1.50m).
