Property composed of main house and outbuilding 3 km from the centre of Lorgues, 16 km from the centre of Draguignan, in a secluded position on a slope, 40 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: large, beautiful, well-kept terraced garden, 4'700 m2 with flowers and trees, swimming pool (11 x 4 m, depth 50 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with alarm system. Terrace, parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 3 km, bus stop 4 km, railway station "Les Arcs Draguignan" 1800 km. Golf course (18 hole) 29 km. Nearby attractions: Abbaye du Thoronet, Grottes de Villecroze, La cascade de Sillans, Cotignac, Vallon Sourn, Presqu'île de Giens. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Sainte Croix 47 km.
