Villa not overlooked, very close to the village, fully redecorated, new furniture, new bedding, all comfort, very bright on 2500 m2, large terrace, 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, 3 bedrooms with bed 160x200 and 1 with 2 beds 90x190, 2 SDB, 2 toilets, swimming pool 10 x 5 tiled, Lorgues center 5 minutes by car, 20 to 30 minutes walk, 40 km from the gorges of the Verdon and Lake St. Croix, 1 hour from Marseille, Aix en Provence and NICE.

A deposit of 1000 euros will be required upon arrival at the delivery of keys. By check for French or in cash for foreigners.
Possibility to deposit the deposit by bank transfer a week before.

A beautiful villa in a very peaceful location. The villa is very well equipped and the host is very helpful. The only negative point we have is that the beds were slightly uncomfortable!The town of Lorgues is stunning and has the most amazing market on a Tuesday. We visited in August and most evenings there was some form of entertainment happening on the main street.Would definitely return. Just one word of warning, drive very slowly up the gravel drive otherwise the neighbour will come out and block your exit while shouting very aggressivley at you.

Middleton family from north lancashire. Six adults and one 4 year old. Everyone enjoyed the pool. So much room both inside the house and especially outside, and such a quiet location, but only five minutes from a wonderful boulangerie and less than ten minutes to the nearest supermarket. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting peace and quiet.

Lovely villa in a quiet area with privacy . Nice and clean and equipped . You will however need to provide your own towels and an English information pack could have been useful. However this was a throughly enjoyable experience.

The villa was magnificent. 2 Adults for first 4 days then the in laws and our daughter joined us for the remainder. Very well equipped, clean and comfortable. Great pool and garden. Rustic area with a marvellous medieval town within minutes. Friendly locals spoke very little English which was perfect for a Scot trying to learn French. Beautiful area with lots to do and see. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back. La villa était magnifique. 2 adultes pour les 4 premiers jours puis les lois et notre fille nous a rejoint pour le reste. Très bien équipé, propre et confortable. Grande piscine et jardin. Zone rustique avec une merveilleuse ville médiévale en quelques minutes. Les habitants sympathiques parlaient très peu l'anglais qui était parfait pour un écossais essayant d'apprendre le français. Belle région avec beaucoup à faire et à voir. Je le recommande vivement et nous reviendrons certainement.

A pleasant, if rather basic villa.

This villa is in a very quiet area 20 minutes walk from Lorgues. This is a lovely part of the Var with easy access to the hills and mountains and the coast. The villa is fairly basic by modern standards. Bathrooms and kitchen are rather tired and in need of refurbishment. While it states that linen is provided, this does not include towels, not great if you are travelling by air from the UK. There is a lovely pool but it is not heated, so for us in late September it was so cold as to be unusable. There is no welcome pack of any form, so we immediately had to go out and buy essentials including toilet rolls. Some basic equipment is missing such as a hairdryer. The air conditioning is good, and is needed as windows had to be kept closed at night due to the mosquitoes. It was very good to have two bicycles available. People hiring from the UK should be aware that an extensive contract needs to be signed before renting the property, and this is completely in French. The owner also requires a 1000 euro security deposit in cash which we considered to be very high given that it was likely to exceed the value of all of the furniture and equipment in the villa.

Encore une fois, désolé d'avoir quitté la maison avec le lave-vaisselle en marche. Peut-être avons-nous même oublié de mettre en marche le lave-vaisselle - désolé Sandrine ! La maison a une cuisine super équipée. Tout ce dont vous avez besoin ou pourriez avoir besoin est vraiment là, même une machine pour faire des pâtes ! Ce qui ne va pas de soi à Lorgues: c'est très, très calme, on n'entend pas la circulation. La piscine avait un agréable 20 degrés pour la période de l'année. Tout est parfait.

Villa très agréable et très bien équipée. Rien ne manque pour se préparer de bons plats en famille. La climatisation des chambres a été un réel plus. Nous y avons passé d’excellentes vacances. Excellent accueil sur place et très bonne communication avec la propriétaire. Lorgues est une ville charmante et bien animée, entre le marché du mardi matin et le marché artisanal des mercredis soir, les commerces de proximité et une grande surface. Possibilité également de faire de jolies balades. Lieu de vacances à recommander les yeux fermés.

Ein ganz tolles Haus, mit guter Ausstattung und einer gemütlichen Einrichtung. Es ist sauber und hat einen tollen, großen Pool, der einmal die Woche kontrolliert wird. Es gibt nichts negatives zu berichten, allerdings sollte man Handtücher mitbringen 😉 Wir hatten einfach eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem Haus ... einfach nur TOP!!!

Einfach nur klasse. Wir haben das Haus, den Garten und den tollen Pool sehr genossen. Alles war sauber inklusive des Pools, welcher in 13 Tagen mind. 3 mal gereinigt wurde! Sehr nette Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. Einfach nur zu empfehlen!!!!!

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette maison très agréable. Les pièces sont grandes avec de nombreux rangements. Tout l'équipement est présent. Magnifique piscine entretenue deux fois par semaine. Le village de Lorgues est à proximité (5 min en voiture, 20 min à pied) et propose tous les commerces ainsi qu'un très grand marché provençale le mardi. Seul point négatif, les moustiques !

We hadden een hele leuke vakantie. Een heel mooi en leuk huisje, alles tip top in orde! Mooie slaapkamers met airco, propere en grote badkamers, een goed uitgeruste keuken, mooi zwembad. Enige nadeel is dat er geen badhanddoeken voorzien zijn en dat er maar 1 vuilniszak wordt gegeven. Anders absoluut een aanrader!

Heel mooi huis, zalig zwembad en heel rustig gelegen, vriendelijke huisbewaarster en super gezellige markt in Lorgues. Heel warm toen wij er waren maar dankzij de airco aangename temperatuur binnen. Voorzie je wel van de nodige middelen tegen de muggen 's avonds. Een echte aanrader, mijn kleindochter vroeg bij het einde hoe oud ze zou zijn als we nog een terugkwamen.

Si ce n'est le nombre de moustiques et leur agressivité, nous avons passé une super semaine dans cette maison. Moderne propre et spacieuse, la maison est encore rehaussée par la terrasse et sa super piscine. Le service est également excellent. On nous a parfaitement accueilli et la sortie s'est faite à notre meilleure convenance. La piscine a même été nettoyée de grand matin apres des jours de grands vents. Un grand merci pour tout!

Als je op zoek bent naar rust (stilte), een prachtig zwembad, een goed uitgerust huis dan ben je hier aan het juiste adres ! Het huis staat een eindje weg van een al vrij rustig straatje, volledige rust en privacy is dus gegarandeerd. Door de oriëntering kan je ten allen tijde of in de zon of in de schaduw gaan zitten Als je te voet naar het centrum wil, naar de wekelijkse markt of naar de bakker voor een lekkere croissant, moet je wel een eindje (zo'n 1,5km) stappen. Bij aankomst was de ontvangst zeer correct en in geval van vragen of opmerkingen kon je altijd beroep doen op de plaatselijke conciërge (Mevr Mistretta) die op een paar km woont. Kortom, een aanrader !... We komen hier zeker terug !

Nous venons de passer deux belles semaines dans cette maison . Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la climatisation des chambres et les beau volumes des pièces. Toute la famille a pu se détendre dans la belle piscine et aussi profiter de la belle terrasse , du salon de jardin avec son immense parasol et de la belle grande table ou nous avons pris tous nos repas à l'extérieur . A noter aussi la propreté des lieux à notre arrivée. Tres beau séjour. À refaire!
