About this villa rental
The Dessalinienne is located halfway between the Gulf of Saint Tropez and the Gorges du Verdon. Forty minutes from Saint-Tropez or Sainte Maxime crossing the Massif des Maures or 45 minutes from the islands of Hyères. It is the Provençal Var hinterland, particularly appreciated by hikers and cyclists, sheltered from the effervescence of the coast, in a forest and vineyards and agricultural lands (olives, fruits and vegetables).
The villa, which is about forty years old, has undergone a total renovation (kitchen, bathroom, floors, walls, electricity, plumbing, etc ...) during 2015.
With a total area of 230 m2 on two floors, it offers:
- 2 bedrooms with double bed 160 * 200cm on the ground floor air-conditioned;
- 1 room 2 beds of 90cm side by side on the floor air-conditioned;
- a "dormitory" children with 3 beds plus a baby bed air-conditioned;
- two bathrooms with walk-in shower

- a breakfast room
- a large kitchen in the veranda of 50 m² with BBQ.

The villa is located 4,5 km from Thoronet, in a hamlet: the neighborhood is very quiet..
It is on a plot of 24 ares trees (olive trees, oaks, plum trees, fig trees, etc ...) and has a swimming pool 12m long.
It is equipped with WiFI, and two televisions (one connected to the sat and the other to a DVD player).
In addition to Le Thoronet, with its weekly market of fruit and vegetables and craft shops, the nearest towns are Vidauban and L Luc (15km). The nearest big agglo is Toulon, about 45 minutes by car via motorway.
In addition to sports activities such as walking, cycling, hiking, mountain biking, kayaking, and the many sports available in the Gorges du Verdon, the region offers many cultural activities: the visit of the Abbaye du Thoronet, the village of Gonfaron turtles, visits to beekeepers or lavender fields, ....
Wine side, the region is full of cellars that will welcome you to the field.
