About this villa rental
This spacious villa of over 200m2, with a beautiful view over the valley, is ideal for one or more families.
Surrounded by a large 2800m2 garden planted with maritime pines, olive trees and Mediterranean plants, it offers a calm and relaxing setting.
The swimming pool (10x5m), with its 140m2 stone deck and pool house, is ideal for lazing around and enjoying aperitifs with friends.
The house, built on 2 levels, offers a large living room with fireplace, a beautiful kitchen and a comfortable dining area for family gatherings.
A sleeping area on the first floor with 3 suites, while upstairs you'll find 2 bedrooms and a shared shower room (1 double room with two single beds together and a dormitory room for children with 2 single beds and 2 bunk beds.
The entire house is air-conditioned.
For the 2024 season, following the renovation of the kitchen, all the ground-floor bedrooms have been renovated, as have the floors and the entrance. The creation of a table soccer area completes this successful renovation.
In the garden, the pool area welcomes you with numerous deckchairs and a pool house where you can curl up on the sofa. There's also a large 20m2 covered terrace for your meals, communicating with the kitchen and living area where a plancha is at your disposal.
There's even a cabin for the kids, hidden away under the trees!
You'll also benefit from a high-speed wi-fi fiber connection.
Linen is included in the price (sheets and towels for the interior), and beds are made up on arrival. You only need to bring your own pool towels for your stay. The house and all its facilities are completely private to you.
