Regardless of the option selected, the property is always reserved exclusively for your group and is never shared with other guests, ensuring complete privacy throughout your stay.
—IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR STAY
• Discounted last-minute reservations made within 60 days of arrival do not include private chef service. Chef service can be added separately through our guest services team.
• For discounted last-minute reservations made within 60 days of arrival, housekeeping is provided every other day. Additional housekeeping can be arranged through your host for an extra charge.
• Laundry service is provided by our housekeeping team. Personal laundry service is included twice during a 7-night stay, with additional service available upon request for an extra charge.
• A refundable $500–$1,000 USD security deposit, depending on group size, is required at check-in to cover incidental damages or missing items.
• All published rates include mandatory fees. Food, beverages, and optional meal plans are available at an additional cost.

This was the most amazing place I’ve ever stayed. Every one of us fell in love with it. We loved the concierge. The staff that came by our driver. Everyone we met through this experience I give it my absolute highest ratings. We all would like to meet back here once a year family and friends from the United States met with some friends that are like family from Costa Rica. They loved it every bit as much as we did. The drive is kind of long from the airport but worth every mile or I guess I should say kilometer we were so grateful to have the opportunity to be together in such a beautiful place. All of our tours were arranged with very little effort on our part we had monkey families hanging out in the back 1 got in the pool. We saw tons of birds the last morning we stayed there two cans parrots, some sort of falcon and a lot of other little birds. There were deer down below, and you could hear the howler monkeys in the trees. We even saw the Morpho butterfly and a really cool tree frog.

Excellent property and management team!This house is the most amazing property we have stayed in! And we have stayed in some amazing properties around the world!!!Best in class customer service from the concierge to maid. David was extremely professional and exceptional with all our requests! Jennifer also was professional and intuitive with what needs to happen around the house.My family had an unforgettable vacation at this property!One caveat this house is not for mobility challenged or people with small children. We would love to come back again!

Incredible location, pool, view, and comfortable, spacious rooms. The architecture and design of the house is spectacular. A vacation we will never forget. Another highlight is the chef, Choco. We came as his client and left as his friend. He makes delicious food with passion and incredible presentation. We will be coming back

This property is amazing. Beautiful inside and out! The chefs were amazing. The housekeepers were great. We loved the pool and the theater room as well as each bedroom that we used. We were totally spoiled and didn’t want to come home. The construction going on next door wasn’t ideal but it wasn’t terrible.
