Casa de las Brisas has a total of 10 bedrooms and can accommodate groups of up to 26 guests. Additional bedrooms may be added for an additional charge when your group requires more space.

Regardless of the number of bedrooms reserved, the villa, pools, entertainment areas, terraces, and outdoor spaces remain completely private and exclusive to your group. The property is never shared with other guests.

This is important enough that I would make it extremely clear. A shopper should never wonder whether booking six bedrooms means sharing a 10-bedroom property.

• Private chef service for two meals per day is included with standard-rate reservations. Food and beverages are additional.

• Discounted last-minute reservations made within 60 days of arrival do not include private chef service. Chef service may be added separately through our guest services team.

• For discounted last-minute reservations made within 60 days of arrival, housekeeping is provided every other day. Additional housekeeping may be arranged for $50 per day through your host.

• Personal laundry service is provided by our housekeeping team during your stay. Laundry facilities are reserved for staff use.

• A refundable cash security deposit of $400–$500 USD, depending on group size, may be required at check-in to cover potential damage or missing items.
