Villa Pelicano is a private, luxury ocean-view retreat surrounded by a vibrant tropical landscape, where breathtaking sunsets and serene moments create an unforgettable escape. Whether you`re lounging by the pool or exploring the area, every moment feels like paradise.
Villa Pelicano is one of Manuel Antonio’s most sought-after private estates, offering over 9,000 square feet of living space nestled on more than five acres of lush, tropical land. Ideally located in the center of town, the villa is within walking distance to restaurants, shops, nightlife, fitness centers, and more. Despite its central location, the estate offers complete privacy and tranquility.
This expansive property features 6 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms, providing ample space for families or groups. It’s just minutes from the lively fishing town of Quepos, as well as the world-famous Manuel Antonio National Park and beach—only two miles away. Transportation is a breeze: taxis are as easy to find as in New York City, and the public bus stops right in front of the villa every 20 minutes for just 75 cents. There`s no need to rent a car.
The estate is bordered by lush rainforest, creating a natural sanctuary teeming with wildlife. Watch monkeys swing through the mango trees, hear toucans call from the cecropias, and enjoy countless opportunities for birdwatching and nature observation. The surrounding gardens feature mango, banana, papaya, citrus, starfruit, orchids, and a vibrant array of tropical flora.
The villa itself includes four master suites, each with a king-size bed, high ceilings, air conditioning, and glass sliders that invite in the ocean breezes. Large verandas offer stunning jungle and ocean views with front-row seats to the local wildlife. A fifth bedroom includes two queen beds and two twin beds, along with its own seating area and jungle-facing veranda. The sixth bedroom offers a king-size bed, air conditioning, and private jungle views.
The spacious living room boasts soaring cathedral ceilings and a wraparound balcony that opens onto a patio overlooking the pool and Pacific Ocean. Upstairs, an additional seating area and oceanview balcony make the perfect spot for morning yoga, sunset lounging, or simply soaking in the breathtaking surroundings.
To complete your luxury experience, Villa Pelicano includes a private chef who will prepare up to two meals per day. You’ll enjoy delicious, customized meals without having to shop, cook, or clean. The chef sources fresh ingredients from local fishermen, butchers, and markets, and provides actual store receipts for reimbursement (food and beverage costs not included).

We had an incredible stay at the Villa Pelicano! The scenery was immaculate--including the gorgeous sunset views and local wildlife around the property (the monkeys were our favorite!). Private chef services are included in the rental, so we never had to worry about where we would get our next meal. Every dish prepared was delicious!! I also cannot say enough about our amazing concierge, Geralyn. She went above and beyond to meet our every need, and was always available for any questions that we had. The property was kept in pristine condition, which made for a incredible, comfortable stay. Highly highly recommend Villa Pelicano!!

We had an incredible stay at Villa Pelicano. The home is gorgeous, spotless, and perfectly designed for relaxing with stunning views from every corner. The outdoor spaces and pool truly made it feel like our own private resort.The location is peaceful yet close to beaches, restaurants, and town. Geralyn, the concierge, was wonderful and coordinated a catamaran excursion for us that became a highlight of our trip. There was private chef included who created absolutely AMAZING meals—such a special experience.We can’t recommend Villa Pelicano enough and are already excited to come back!

Manuel Antonio is full of charm and natural beauty, making it the perfect backdrop for our stay at Villa Pelicano. The house itself was absolutely amazing and so relaxing, with every detail thoughtfully designed for comfort and luxury.One of our favorite features was the private chef, who provided scrumptious meals. The food was incredible! It’s such a nice bonus that the chef is included with the rental — every meal felt like dining at a five-star restaurant.The wildlife surrounding the house was absolutely amazing to see. We spotted colorful birds, sloths, and iguanas — but the monkeys were the real highlight! Watching them swing through the trees right outside was such a unique and unforgettable experience.Geralyn, the concierge, was also outstanding. She made everything so easy and enjoyable, helping us book an unforgettable waterfall tour along with a few other excursions that truly made our trip special.We can’t say enough good things about Villa Pelicano. It’s paradise in every sense, and we’re already looking forward to coming back!

Our stay at Villa Pelicano was incredible from start to finish. The house is stunning, spacious, beautifully designed, and set on a private hillside with amazing ocean views. The pool and outdoor spaces were perfect for relaxing, and the layout gave everyone space to spread out and enjoy.The private chef (that’s included) was honestly one of the best parts. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented! It made the trip feel like a true luxury experience.Geralyn, the concierge, was amazing to work with. She helped plan everything from excursions to restaurant recommendations and handled all of our transportation so we didn’t have to think about a thing.The housekeeping team kept the villa spotless throughout our stay, which made it feel extra comfortable and well cared for.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
