Location. “Isla Verde Beach Front !!!!". “. UPDATED Three large bedrooms, Two full baths. The condo is located in a very nice area. an upscale COMPLETELY. RENOVATED CONDO HOTEL BUILDING Located on the lovely « Isla Verde Beach. ». 15 Minutes drive to and from the Airport. Condo is located in a hight tourist area. Many great restaurants within walking distance. Casino s in most hotels. The condo has a gym and spa and a lobby Bar. I provide WiFi Beach chairs can be purchased on the beach. I have a few beach chairs for use .the cocktail lounge is open in our lobby. Which is relaxing! Large balcony overlooking the ocean steps out the front door to the beach. ‘

The condo is very nice ams the host/owner was very easy to communicate with and she was readily available. Access to the beach was so convenient and the unit has a parking space (indoors).

Our stay at the Isla Verde property was very nice. Maxine’s communication was clear, prompt, and accommodating from booking through our stay. The location is great, with easy beach access and nearby water activity rentals. We’d happily recommend it.

We spent 4 nights at this ESJ condo. The location is great, close to restaurants, shops, casino, beach. The apt has 3 large bedrooms, 2 baths and a fully equipped kitchen, although the dishwasher and kitchen light weren’t working and the toilets leaked when flushed. The apt was clean, but the patio was dirty and there was bird poop and broken ceiling pieces all over the patio furniture. The furnishing and decor are quite outdated, but functional. The reserved parking was great, however the spaces are on the smaller size so larger cars might find it a bit tight. The onsite swimming pool is a disaster, out of commission and has been that way since at least 2022 and they are not working on it at all. During the last 2 days we were there, the whole island had no power. The ESJ condo tower had a generator, but it only supplied power in the common areas and for the elevators, but none of the individual units had power. We had to use the flashlights on our phones to see our way around the condo at night. There were two lanterns on the patio but both had dead batteries so we weren’t able to use them and the nearby grocery was closed when we went to buy batteries. Other nearby hotels, stores & restaurants had back up power so we were still able to go out to get food & drinks. Maxine was responsive to our questions, called maintenance when we first realized that the condo had no power. Check in was easy and WiFi worked well when we had power.
