LOCATED IN THE ONLY CONDO-HOTEL IN PUERTO RICO! We welcome you to experience the luxury of space, comfort, and privacy while enjoying resort-like amenities and ambiance. All-in- one!! CHECK OUT OUR VIDEO AT THE END OF SLIDESHOW.
This 2BEDROOM 2BATHROOM condo with central AC is equipped with a king-size bed and two full beds, along with a sofa bed in the living room to comfortably fit up to eight people. There are two full bathrooms, one of them with direct access from the master bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances you may need - refrigerator, ice-maker, microwave, stove, coffee maker etc (no oven, sorry - we had a nearly bad experience in the past). We've even added a wine cooler to keep your favorite wines at their optimum temperature. Each room (including living room) has its own HD smart TV with Roku integrated. You will have access to unique entertainment like Netflix, HBO GO, Starz, etc - all complimentary for your spare time! Our top floor balcony features a stunning panoramic ocean/city view. You will be provided with towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair drier and iron . Property amenities include - beach, chair rentals (additional cost), pool, bar, game room, gym, tourism concierge, and cafeteria, among others.
You will be centrally located. Most of what will make your stay a pleasant one is within walking distance - 24hr supermarkets, casinos, a wide variety of restaurants, local shops, souvenir shops, nightclubs, public transportation, etc. Not to mention, the route is roughly 5 minutes away from the airport and void of rush-hour traffic. One FREE parking spot is included with possibility of two, upon request (contact us for details).

Though the apartment is spacious and comfortable the beds are quite uncomfortable not at all what we expected from the pictures on the website.The building is in need of reparations.

Place is as described and there is nothing bad/terrible to report. The "ocean view" might be a bit of a stretch in the description, but yes, you can see the ocean in between some adjacent high-rises. Other than that, furnishing were nice, and location is great. Very walkable to restaurants and casinos. Did not even try the beach as we went to Luquillo. And did not try the sister-hotel pool.
Only comment I can leave, as feedback for the hosts, is that there is an "art" of graciously, and warmly, welcoming people to your rental unit, while also reminding them of the house rules. Sounds like the hosts have had some prior bad tenants so they needed to over-emphasize the rules; all caps emails; restating multiple times the same things and the penalties that will be incurred, and finally the wallpaper "wall of rules" in the kitchen is a bit over the top, and left us feeling like we were imposing, when in fact we paid for this lodging and service. We could not totally relax and we were too concerned about towel usage and potential sand on the floor, and penalties.
All in all, a nice place. No issues. Hosts just need to understand if you've decided to rent out your unit, there is always risk with guests, but I would hope, for the most part, people are respectful.

The location of the condo is perfect for a beach oriented trip. There is direct beach access so it is easy to run back to the unit during a beach day. Also great location for restaurants and the the supermarket is only a 10 min walk.
The management team is very responsive. We had a minor issue with the stove and they had a building maintenance staff member there in under five minutes.

Pics make it look bigger and better than it was. Beds were hard, sofa was noisy and uncomfortable. Fob was missing. Mediocre in light of the price.
