The Space:

Isla Verde Oasis is a spacious and welcoming 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom home located within the gated community of Villamar in Isla Verde, Carolina, Puerto Rico. Beautifully and comfortably decorated, this single-level property offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and location for families and groups of up to 10 guests.



The highlight of the home is its private pool, providing the ideal place to relax and cool off after a day of exploring the island. While the home maintains a traditional Puerto Rican charm rather than a modern design, it is thoughtfully furnished and equipped with everything needed for a memorable island getaway.



Conveniently located just 5–10 minutes from Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport, a short drive from Old San Juan, and within walking distance of Isla Verde Beach, this home is an excellent base for experiencing the best of Puerto Rico.

The pool is professionally cleaned and maintained on a weekly basis. Please keep in mind that the pool is surrounded by trees, and depending on weather conditions, a few leaves may occasionally be visible in the pool between cleanings. This is a natural occurrence and does not indicate that the pool is dirty or improperly maintained.

The home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across five bedrooms:

Bedroom 5: Two twin beds



The master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with a shower, providing additional privacy and convenience. The second full bathroom is located in the hallway and is easily accessible from all four additional bedrooms and the common areas.



All bedrooms are air-conditioned to ensure a comfortable night's sleep throughout your stay.

We can leave a complimentary Pack and Play at the property upon request. This should be requested upon booking or no later than 5 days before arrival. Pack and Plays are subject to availability.

While Uber is available in the area, we recommend renting a car to fully enjoy everything Puerto Rico has to offer and to conveniently visit attractions around the island.

One of the biggest advantages of Isla Verde Oasis is its unbeatable location. Guests can access Isla Verde Beach by crossing the pedestrian bridge that connects the neighborhood directly to Avenida Isla Verde. Depending on your pace, the walk takes approximately 8–12 minutes and leads to one of Puerto Rico’s most popular urban beaches.
