With views of the Sunset on the ocean direct views unobstructed of the entire Isla Verde beach. This is a truly unmatched property in Puerto Rico. Right in the heart of Isla Verde walking distance to Fairmont hotel and resort, restaurants, shopping even rental cars. The airport is less than 5 min away.

We had an amazing stay at this property and couldn’t have asked for a better location—right on the beach with beautiful views and easy access to everything. The home was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for our entire family of 11 to spread out and enjoy time together. It was well-equipped with everything we needed including a high chair and pack n play, which made our stay easy and stress-free. This was the perfect place for a family getaway, and we would absolutely love to stay here again. Highly recommend!

9 of us were in Puerto Rico celebrating our friend's 50th birthday! The penthouse condo was the PERFECT spot! It was incredibly spacious and we made just as many memories IN the condo as we did exploring the island. Because you get views from both sides, the sunrise AND sunset from the condo was amazing! I am already hoping to bring my own family back here as it truly was the perfect place to stay when visiting Puerto Rico.

This place is amazing and even better than the photos. The balconies are both huge and provide views on both the city and ocean sides. We had 6 people total and this place could comfortably accommodate even more. We had a great stay!
