Welcome to Villa Violeta, a beautiful, refurbished beach house with pool, just steps from Isla Verde Beach, selected by USA Today in 2016 as one of the best Urban beaches in the world.
(THIS PROPERTY IS LOCATED IN A RESIDENTIAL AREA, CLOSE TO OTHER HOMES.
SORRY, NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED.
NO MUSIC OR OUTSIDE LOUD NOISE PERMITTED AT NIGHT.)
The villa accommodates a total of 13 persons in six bedrooms and 5 baths.
It is in a perfect location due to;
1 proximity to the beach, only 1 minute walk.
2 proximity to restaurants, hotels, night life, bars, grocery store, pharmacy and shops, all within couple minutes walking distance.
3 10 min drive to any major attraction in San Juan such as Old San Juan, Condado and La Placita de Santurce.
The villa is fully ac'd, has good wifi, and cable tv.
It also has a pool, power generator and water cistern.

This house was fantastic, met all of our needs. The space utilization is wonderful. We stayed in the casita, it was serene. The open hang out area and kitchen are great for big families. We liked being able to park in a garage. The beach is right at the end of the street. Plenty of restaurants close by and even a coffee shop within walking distance.

We received an awesome basket with lots of wonderful things in it. We got in really late the first night and we were grateful that is was there. Everything was beautiful and the amenities were perfect. Thank you

There were 10 of us who went, and we had an amazing time. The location was great and it was so nice to have beach chairs there to walk to the beach.

The location of the house is great and the garage parking is a must as it's a busy street and sometimes you cant get parking since it's close to the beach. Ruben was great and very responsive.The description of the bedroom layout is not accurate. It states that there is a master with an ensuite and an additional room with an en suite in the main house. That is not the case. There is a master with an en suite and 3 additional bedrooms with 2 bathrooms none of which are en suite.The outside grill didn't really work after having to wait for someone to come and change the gas as it was empty. The house itself needs to TLC and a lot of things are just really old. There's a lot of things that are either broken or in desperate need of replacing. For example the umbrella by the pool couldn't be put up as it was missing a pin to hold it up. Shelves missing pieces and couldn't be used as it was unbalanced etc. Hot water in the kitchen was non existent, we had to boil water using a pot.To lock the house is a little weird. You cant lock the main door through the front, you can only lock the gate. You have to lock it from the inside and then go round the back or through the garage to get out. If we weren't together and someone came home early or late, we had to hide keys for the back so they could get in through the back door.The house was expensive per night and we did have a great time. If it wasn't for the location we would have not been happy with the value for money.
