This condo was originally a 3 bedroom - it has been converted to a large 2 bedroom featuring 2 living areas, open kitchen, 2 full baths, and an extra-large balcony viewing the beach. This condo does not have the compressor for air on the porch - it’s extra enjoyable just hearing the ocean and not the noise of the machine - all other condos have the air conditioners on their balconies!
Located in ESJ Towers building right next door to the El San Juan Hotel and Casino. Enjoy the ocean breeze from your private balcony. Relax in the formal living room, furnished with a leather couch and lounge chair. Or cozy up in the rec room with a new smart TV. We also just bought a new air unit fall of 2020. Condo fully equipped with all amenities of home including pots, pans, coffee maker, crock pot, blender, toaster, toaster oven, wine and champagne glasses, every day and formal dish ware, and much more.
The remodeled gym located on B-1 level features new weights, machines abs cardio equipment.
Lobby bar is now OPEN - feel free to relax in updated lobby on your computer or with your favorite drink. Full wireless service in lobby (and in condo). The game room is open for the kids - featuring a pool and ping pong table - located in the lobby.

Our other recent updates include new paint throughout, new bedding and custom drapes. We pride ourselves on our visitor's comfort.

Completely remodeled (Jan'19) including new quartz kitchen, new bath, furnishings, new paint and tile flooring throughout, new beddings, towels, and beautifully decorated. Enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer in both units. Both condos have central air. Spectacular ocean views are viewable from all rooms with plenty of space on the porch to enjoy the beach views and pina coladas.
Puerto Rico is an American territory- no passport required for US citizens!! Just pack your bags and prepare to relax!

I recently stayed at Judy‘s property for a family vacation with four kids and my mother. We all agreed it was by far the best family vacation to date largely in part because of these wonderful accommodations. The condo is exactly like the pictures or better. We did not need to reach out to Judy for anything because she thought of absolutely everything to stock in the condo. It is very clean, spacious and decorated beautifully. The wonderful Isla Verde Beach and our amazing view was the best part. The beautiful beach is literally one flight down. It is a beautiful, quiet, calm and pristine beach perfect for swimming and for families. There were some vendors selling food and beverages. There is also a great public beach in Luquillo about 40 mins away that has a lot more kiosks and vendors with locals selling food and beverages. Google Kiosks of Luquillo and it will take you there. There is a supermarket about five minutes away and it was only about five dollars to take an Uber to the airport which is also about 5 mins away. We rented a vehicle but only needed it for 2 of the days because we didn’t want to leave the beach or condo it was that amazing! Judy thank you for trusting us with your beautiful home! We will definitely return!

We had a wonderful stay overall. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and located in a lovely neighborhood with easy access to a beautiful beach. The accommodations were comfortable, and the setting made for a very enjoyable vacation.During our stay, Puerto Rico experienced power outages and water rationing that unfortunately affected our plans and created some inconveniences. However, these circumstances were beyond the host’s control. What stood out most was how attentive, responsive, and caring Judy was throughout the situation. She consistently checked in to make sure we were comfortable, kept us informed, and did everything she could to help minimize the impact on our stay.When we discussed the inconveniences we experienced, Judy was understanding, compassionate, and willing to work with us toward a fair resolution. She also graciously accommodated a late checkout, allowing us to stay an additional hour and a half before our departure, which was greatly appreciated.I would not hesitate to recommend this property to others. I would definitely stay in this unit again if I came to visit Puerto Rico in the future. The home, beach, and surrounding area were wonderful, and Judy proved to be an exceptional host who genuinely cares about her guests and their experience!
