About this apartment rental
Kona Reef is one of the most ideal resort destinations on the Kona Coast. Walking distance to town (less than a mile through downtown to the IronMan pier!). Experience restaurants, shopping, ocean sports, killer ocean views of all the Kona activities right at your front ocean door. Did I mention Honl's Beach, one of the best white sandy beaches found on the Kona Coast is right next to the Kona Reef?
The condo has been completely remodeled - Jan, 2018 - tiled baths with glass-enclosed showers, all tile floors throughout. Feb, 2021 - new kitchen cabinets, new mattresses, new AC unit, new lanai table. March, 2022 - completely painted, new lanai chairs, new linens, new coffee maker, assorted new pillows, new electronic locks, new dining room furniture (4/22), new living room furniture (7/22)! March, 2023 - new dishwasher, range and ceiling fans. April, 2026 - new linens, AC unit.
It is one of four of the largest in the complex, sleeping 5 in beds - a king in one room and a queen and twin in the other. This is a corner unit which affords extra light - and exposure and views of open ocean and Kona town from everywhere. Don’t pass this one up! 'Book it Dano' '!

Wonderful location! Within walking distance to the Village. Very quiet, parking was not an issue. I would highly recommend this condo.

The condo was exactly as pictured and described. The amenities provided were abundant and even more than expected! Location is perfect to get to the Historic Kailua Village for shopping and restaurants. Being in Ali'i Drive was so convenient to get on the 11/19 Hwy.One of the best parts was waking up each morning to the amazing view. We had coffee and breakfast on the Lanai every morning.

Perfect home away from home. Condo has every possible amenity you'd ever need, from coffee grinder to binoculars. Beautiful views from the lanai, privacy on the 2nd floor, easy parking in garage. Place was very clean and quiet and all the large and small appliances worked like they should. Keyless entry made it simple for everyone to come and go on their own. Bedrooms were a bit warm at night but we found a floor fan that made it better. An easy one mile walk to the pier with lots of shops and restaurants in between. Absolutely the best place for us.
