The condo was GREAT! It was conveniently located with free, off-street parking. The unit was clean, spacious, well stocked with toiletries and towels, roomy, and comfortable. The owner was quick to respond to text messages, and the condo was reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this condo as the perfect place to stay for easy access to both downtown Bar Harbor as well as Acadia National Park.

The kitchen had more than adequate cooking pots and pans as well as cooking utensils. The baths were stocked with soap, shampoo, body lotion. All the supplies we needed were in the condo. The grocery store was only 2-3 blocks away. We were very pleased with the unit!

Nice condo in a great walkable location to downtown Bar Harbor. The condo was clean and in great condition. The two down sides are:
1) Managed by the hotel down the road so you need to drive to the hotel for check-in/check-out
2) This is a noisy unit. This is a 1st floor unit and the 2nd floor has wood floors so you hear every step and most conversations through the ceiling. We were woken up every night at 1am until the folks upstairs would pass out. Additionally, when you sit in the living room with the windows closed you will hear every conversation on the sidewalk outside
