And being in walking distance is more important than ever... because to park in Bar Harbor you now must be a resident or feed parking meters. But at "Beach Point Cottage" you can relax! You're on vacation. Stroll to where you want to go. And leave your car at your home away from home. Quite literally from top to bottom, this four bedroom, 2 full bathroom house, has been restored... from refinished hardwood floors to a brand new roof to a new laundry center on the first floor.
It's used exclusively as a vacation rental - so it will be fresh and clean... and you won't have to deal with other people's "stuff." It's also professionally managed, maintained, and cleaned - to ensure an outstanding experience. Plus we utilize a special enhanced cleaning protocol.

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely book this property again. The home is beautiful, spacious, charming, and exceptionally well maintained. The VRBO photos and description are accurate, but the property is even more impressive in person.The thoughtful welcome gift basket was a lovely touch and made us feel right at home. The location, comfort, and overall experience exceeded our expectations. Logan was a fantastic host and communicated clearly throughout our stay.Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

Logan has communicated very well since we started our search for a place to stay for our 50th birthday girls trip. The house is cozy, spacious and easy to walk the area, especially downtown to all of the local shops, restaurants and scenery. The welcome gift was a lovely part of when we entered the home. I would highly recommend this house and can’t wait to come back for another stay.

The house was everything we needed and in the perfect spot. We were able to walk wherever we needed to go. Logan was very responsive to every message. Definitely recommend!

Short walk to Main street, shops/restaurants so location GREAT, quiet neighborhood. Communication with owner great. When had issue with only TV in den not working on first night, came and replaced next day with brand new one ! Description says, " completely redone with brand new touches throughout", "new Kitchen", "quite literally from top to bottom has been restored", "enhanced cleaning protocol" ....can't totally agree. Kitchen not new as far as cabinets/counters, hardwood floors upstairs painted and some wear on floors/walls. Note that no a/c or heat registers/vents upstairs and had to turn downstairs heat on very high to heat rooms and leave bdrm doors open to get heat from downstairs floor heaters. No end tables/shelves in bedroom we stayed in for electronic devices/clocks, etc. We did eat out all meals so didn't use any cookware. Opened condiments in fridge and pantry cabinet in hall so did not use as well. Good stay except had higher expections based on description on VRBO.
