This was truly one of the best VRBO experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home in this wonderful house in Bar Harbor. It was spotless, incredibly well-stocked with anything we could possibly need, and had more than enough space for our whole group to spread out and relax.
The location couldn’t have been more perfect—just a short walk to the ocean path and within easy reach of everything in town. We felt completely safe, whether we were walking early in the morning or late at night, which made the whole experience that much more relaxing.
But what really made this stay special was DeeDee, the owner. She went above and beyond in every way—checking in to make sure we were settled, offering spot-on recommendations for restaurants and activities (every single one was a hit!), and even had fresh muffins delivered to us! She honestly felt like a long-lost family member, and her kindness and care made this trip unforgettable.
If you're looking for a clean, cozy, and perfectly located home in Bar Harbor with the kindest host imaginable—this is it. We’re already talking about when we can come back!

The rental was perfect for our group of ten to explore the area. It was so nice to be able to walk to everything Bar Harbor had to offer with just a short drive to Acadia. Home was so clean and very well equipped with everything we needed. The owner also checked in a few times to see if we needed anything and was very responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommend this rental.

We visited Bar Harbor for the MDI Marathon in October. The home was absolutely perfect. The location is incredible and the home was very clean and wonderful for our group. Everything was walkable and such easy access to various restaurants and shops. For the marathon, the packet pickup was literally right across the street and the starting line was only a 5 minute walk away.
The owners Scott and Dee Dee were so nice and welcoming. Dee Dee even checked in to see how my race went and shared a congratulatory dessert for me and my family to celebrate. We were floored with how thoughtful and generous this was.
Our family had the nicest time in Bar Harbor and I couldn't recommend this home enough.
