About this house rental

Our Sargent Landing second floor apartment is a newly renovated five bedroom, 2.5 bath, apartment that sleeps 11, in the heart of downtown Bar Harbor. The apartment is located on the west end of Cottage Street, and is minutes walk to restaurants, shopping, grocery, bike rentals, Island Explorer free bus system, the shore path and Acadia’s Bar Island, a tidally accessed uninhabited island with nature trails and incredible views of Bar Harbor and Acadia.

My husband, myself, our adult children and three grandchildren stayed for 5 nights. We had a great time exploring Bar Harbor and Acadia. Was a perfect location and set up for four families

The location is great, but the property has smelly garbage inside the front entry. smells terrible and doesn't make you feel good about the over cleanliness.
