A large, modern 4 BR 2.5 BA cottage in the heart of Bar Harbor near the harbor, restaurants, shops & parks.
A newer and artfully crafted home with lots of space and sunlight. Tastefully furnished in a modern aesthetic. Terrific downtown location near the harbor, an easy walk to shops, restaurants and entertainment activities. You won't find a more convenient rental in the village of Bar Harbor.
First floor: porch, large open living/dining/kitchen combination, 1/2 bath, and side patio.
Second floor: 3 bedrooms (queen, queen, 2 twins) with full shared bath.
Third floor: master king suite with full bath and walk-in closet. View of the harbor area from the private balcony.
A great spot for larger groups, 9th and 10th guests at $100 each (futon in LR). This cottage is a shared building, with owners residence in the rear (separate street entry).
Off street parking for two midsize cars.
Weekly Saturday-Saturday bookings preferred.
Rates include the cost of normal departure cleaning.
All houses are fully equipped, including linens and dishes. No pets, no smoking anywhere on this property.
Refundable security deposit, 9% Maine State Sales Tax and a $25 nonrefundable booking fee are not included in the rental rates shown.
