About this house rental
This in-town home is tucked on a quiet side street, giving you quick access to Acadia National Park and the best of Mount Desert Island. The three bedroom two bath home has plenty of room for your group to space out. There are two living rooms so your group can enjoy a quiet movie night or a raucous game night at the same time. The first floor features a queen bedroom and newly renovated full bath with a step-in shower, offering a great option for mobility challenged guests. The open concept living space on the first floor gives ample space for your group to be together while cooking meals or relaxing. The large entryway i designed as the perfect drop zone for gear and shoes. There is also first floor laundry.
The second floor has an second living room with a queen sleeper sofa and a dedicated work space. The bunk room with 4 twin beds is also located on the second floor along with another queen bedroom. The second floor bath has ample space for guests to store their belongings and features another step in shower.
The entire space has ac units installed from June to mid Sept and there are ceiling fans in the bedrooms for added comfort. Each bedroom has an ac unit and there are units installed in all the shared living space giving the whole house air conditioning on hot summer days. Our fast wifi will ensure everyone is able to work and or use the Roku tvs at the same time.
The side yard has a privacy fence so you can enjoy the space comfortably. There is a propane gas grill and a patio set. The yard is not fully fenced, so furry friends must remain leashed at all times!

The home was beautiful, the outdoor space was perfect (Adirondack chairs on grass with twinkle lights). I was a bit concerned about booking home with no porch, outside area but as mentioned above, was perfect and even better! Thank you!

Our stay was great! The house was very clean in a great location with a very responsive host. An easy drive to Bar Harbor and walking distance to Southwest Harbor. The backyard was great for relaxing at night. Highly recommend!

The place was clean, tidy and updated ans had everything we needed. We had 4 teenagers with us and there was enough space to spread out. Location is relatively close to everything, we would stay again!
