~Children must be supervised at all times and are allowed on property at Guest’s own risk. Exterior is steep with open terraces.
~Calendar is updated in real-time. Enter desired dates, correct guest count, and click "Book Now".
*Base rate is set for 2 guests; each additional guest is $25/per night. Any on-site day-use guest who is not included in overnight reservation is $25/per person/per day.
*Maximum number of people on site is 7, per City of Manitou Springs.
*Dogs/pets/smoking prohibited on property.
*Host reserves the right to charge guest appropriate extra guest fee from guest security/damage deposit if unauthorized and additional guests are on property (day or night) than stated on reservation and/or terminate the reservation without recourse or refund.

Really cool house with lots of character in a great location! Parking is difficult in Manitou and you can walk to most places (shops, COG railway, Incline, Barr trail) from this house. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything to bake, grill, etc. Nice outdoor area to eat dinner or drink your coffee. If we visit Manitou again I will book this house.

Really fun house for our Bachelorette weekend. The view was amazing!

The house itself was in good working order. Its an older house but was cozy. The stairs to get to the house and to leave were diabolical. I would not reccomend this home to anyone older with physical difficulties or anyone with kids.
