This is a great house in a great location. It’s clean, well stocked, and a short walk to the business district in Manitou Springs. We had a great time there.

One of our favorite stays. Wonderfully located, nicely stocked, our kid appreciated the toys and “fairy garden”

House had that super old smell that was overwhelming. Was completely surprised that the house had window a/c units. The squeaky floors got on our nerves after the first hour. Was charged ridiculous cleaning fee up front then they contacted me after check out saying they were going to charge me an extra fee because there was a single sheet taken out of the linen closet and put over the couch so we could sit on it because it smelled so bad. They said the sheet indicated we had extra guests....what? Also, one morning I was getting ready to go out and enjoy the front porch and two men were there. I waited for them to leave but they were walking around the property looking at trees/shrubs. They stayed for 1.5 hours; going from the back to the front and going through the gate. We were not notified there was going to be workmen on the property, and we paid a ridiculous amount of money for the property and should have had full enjoyment of it.
