**Historical Landmark Home (completely updated). Across the street from Pikes Peak Cog Railway, Manitou Incline, Barr Trail, Ruxton Creek, and Iron Springs Chateau Dinner Theatre. The Ute Indian-Rattlesnake Connector Trail is located immediately behind home (connects to Barr Trail).

There are 22 historic gravel & railroad tie steps with railing up to the home from private parking area. Property is steep and no railings on terraces. Children must be supervised at all times and are allowed on property at Guest’s own risk.
Base rate is for 2 guests. Each additional guest is $25/night. Any on-site day-use guest who is not included in the overnight reservation is $25/per person/per day.
*NOTE: Hot tub is cleaned & sanitized between each guest reservation.
*Maximum number of guests allowed on site: 8 (eight), per City of Manitou Springs.
*Host reserves the right to charge guest appropriate extra guest fee from guest security/damage deposit if unauthorized and additional guests are on property (day or night) than stated on reservation.
*Dogs/pets are not allowed on property.

The house was beautiful. We really enjoyed that it was a historic home that was updated, clean and clearly loved. The location was great. We first thought that the parking, with the barricades, would be an inconvenience but it wasn’t at all. We very much appreciated have easy parking onsite after especially after experiencing the crazy parking in downtown Manitou Springs. We ended up walking to town and found it quick and easy. Definitely recommend visiting in October so you can experience the beauty of the leaves and all of the Halloween decorations. Would definitely stay again!

We had an amazing time in your beautiful home. The location was perfect, it was close to town and to the Incline and the railway. The house was wonderful and fully stocked. We will be back.
