Independent villa with private and free parking in front of the house, with a large terrace overlooking the greenery with a panoramic view of the valley, equipped with gazebo, table, chairs, sun beds and barbecue, ideal for summer evenings, where you can drink a good wine and enjoy the silence and the only birdsong, far from the traffic but close to the main road to reach the Cinque Terre, Portovenere, Lerici, Palmaria Island, Tino and Tinetto and the center of La Spezia. Equipped with free wifi, television, 2 stereo play station, bathroom and bedroom linen. Possibility to walk on foot to the CAI and Cinque Terre paths, Mountain bike trails. Railway station at 5 minutes by car, in the neighboring country there are Banche Posta Pharmacies Bar Restaurants Supermarkets. The house is newly built suitable for families with children, possibility of adding a cot for children up to 2 years (free) On the ground floor you will find the living room with sofa bed for 2 people, bathroom with washing machine, kitchen with dining table with exit to the garden behind the house, in the hall two large windows give onto the large terrace overlooking the greenery.
