A Hot tub/ spa is also available for your enjoyment. Stroll the Shawnigan Village Rail Trail to Mason’s store or Mason’s beach. A 2 minute drive from Village on Shawnigan Lake Road right on Recreation Road takes you Old Mill Waterfront Park with a sandy beach and playground. West Shawnigan Lake Provincial Park is nearby and is a sanctuary for Douglas fir and also has lakeside beach access. A 5 minute drive to Kinsol Trestle for cyclists and hikers. Lovely property and amazing backyard. We arrived at night and it felt like a little oasis. Hot tub was absolutely perfect! Amenities were good in regards to the coffee machine, TV and ability to control the heat. Just be careful of the bed posts in the master room, my husband and I both stubbed our toes multiple times as they stick out. But likely more of an an us problem
