The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

My family and I travelled to Eugene (my hometown) from SE Washington state. The home was very comfortable and well stocked. We attended the Duck game (we won of course) and were sad to leave to make the journey to our second home!!! I wholeheartedly endorse this home.

Where do I start...I think we deserve a 20% refund for the following issues...ESPECIALLY the armed alarm going off. THEN the police arriving. AND three hours of having Vacasa telling me, in essence, that it WAS MY FAULT!!!
OTHER ISSUES: Alarm code, no hair drier, shower leaks, only enough hot water for one shower, dirty countertops and bathroom cabinets, 5 beds and no big pots or pans, no tv instructions, master bathroom threshold has screw sticking up about a quarter inch. Furniture on patio is not patio Furniture, very uncomfortable. I WOULD LIKE A RESPONSE. IF I DON'T RECEIVE ONE, I WILL BE CONTACTING THE OWNERS DIRECTLY.
