Listing says it can sleep six people but it’s very shady in how they count that. The carpet was very dirty and found trash through out the house. The house is very outdated and amenities are also out of date. Would not rent again.

Veey spacious house in a great locarion. The back decks were used through out the day for sun and shade. They were wonderful. Bedrooms were eoomy and the storage space was really nice, especially in the master bedroom. Kitchen could use a bit more tableware given the number of guests that can stay. Otherwise the kitchen was prerry well stocked for cooking and eating.

Spacious, classic old house accommodation in a lovely neighborhood. Our family and dog were very comfortable here for a 3 day weekend. Stairs are a bit steep and creaky but goes with the character of this old beauty. Great big fenced backyard with multiple decks. We enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed having our Thanksgiving holiday at this College Hill house. We were able to easily prepare our meal with the kitchen tools provided. The view of the trees and hills from the breakfast nook and dining room were beautiful, and we enjoyed walking around the neighborhood. There was plenty of hot water for soaking in the claw foot tub after hiking to the summit of Spencer Butte.

This property was in a great location for everything we wanted to do surrounding the University of Oregon. We were satisfied with the house, although it is an older style house and the kitchen wasn’t very stocked with kitchen cooking supplies. The beds were moderate regarding comfort. Although there are 4 bedrooms, it’s important to know that there is only 1 full bath. We were glad we didn’t fill the 4 bedrooms because bathroom/shower would have been a challenge.

We stayed here while visiting family in Eugene. This house was perfect for our needs! We had plenty of space to spread out. The loft area is bigger then it looks-the kids loved it! The owners left toys and games for us which kept the kids entertained. The house was clean and has everything you need for your stay. We enjoyed sitting outside on the deck. The location was perfect! As other reviewers have mentioned, take a short walk down the alley then down the hill to get to a shopping area. My husband walked a few mornings to get us all coffee! Our kids even enjoyed the neighbor’s sweet cat, who came over everyday for us to pet. We would stay here again!

Classic College Hill was the perfect location for Eugene Marathon weekend. The home is in a cute and cozy neighborhood that provides peace and quiet, but is still very accessible to downtown for the race. It's also a short walk (up and down a hill) to trails and a dog park during down time. Everything was clean, organized, and the back deck and fenced-in-yard were perfect for our pup! Communication, check-in, and check-out was a breeze. We would definitely stay here again.

A group of us stayed at this house for a football weekend. It was a great location for getting to campus and the game. The house was perfectly set up for a couple of families with small kids. A loft and backyard gave the kids a lot of time to explore and play.

We recently relocated to the Grants Pass area where our sons are completing their first two years at community college. We used this visit to Eugene to assess the potential that this city and the university has to offer. The home is located centrally and allowed us to accomplish our traveling tasks with ease. The accommodations were above par and did not disappoint. The house was clean and tidy. The owners were quick to respond to all inquiries (even providing suggestions on local restaurants). Even though a short stay, we are completely happy with our visit.

What a find! Andrea’s house is in one of the best neighborhoods in town, very centrally located to everything. College Hill is gorgeous, and Andrea’s house is smack dab in the middle of it! We were a family of 5 (kids from 4-11) visiting family and friends in Eugene for two full weeks during a heat wave—we were able to spread out and sleep comfortably in the many spacious bedrooms, and were super grateful for the air conditioning! We loved eating breakfast and dinner on the back deck, and the kids got a kick out of all the blackberry bushes and fruit trees along the quiet grassy alley along the side of the house. The kids were also obsessed with the great books and crannies of this vintage treasure. Great space inside and out, easy parking, great layout. Good laundry machines, too, which is always useful on a longer trip! Andrea is a great host—we somehow never managed to meet in person but she’s very responsive on text and made everything easy. We can’t wait to use this as our home base whenever we come to Eugene!

This house has so much character, it's like staying at a B&B (except I cooked the breakfast). Well stocked with everything you might need. A lot of room for everyone. We were a family of 4 (and 2 dogs) and had room to spare. My son loved the privacy of the loft. Owners super responsive to any questions. We walked our dogs to the neighborhood park regularly. Very close to U of O and downtown, the river and biking trails. Great home base to explore Oregon!
