Close to everything. House is super spacious. The park close by is beautiful get walking and biking paths.

We were in town for the NCAA Track Championships with a group of 9. The house was perfect for us with bedrooms and location to both the University of Oregon and the Willamette River. I would recommend it for families. The house is older but very clean with a lot of character!

Enjoyed exploring the Whittaker neighborhood and a different part of Eugene. Lovely park a minute walk down the street. Houses on the street are a bit funky but this home was spacious, comfortable and felt safe. Very well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Nice smelling hand soaps at all sinks, plenty of tissues, and plenty of extra blankets (all handy with plummeting Fall temperatures). Hosts provided a list of nearby restaurants (there's a ton!) and were very responsive to inquiries
