The residence features an underground resident parking space, for guests’ use. The building is situated in the centre of Chamonix, within easy walking distance from local restaurants, ski and outdoor sport shops and the ski lift.

"Good apartment in great location, well equipped kitchen. It has a double bunk bed due to the limited space but the sofa folds out as a double bed. Unfortunately there is no WIFI provided."
