About this apartment rental
This small jewel of 32m2 will seduce you by the quality of its services with its walls in wood and stones and the parquet floor in old oak, and its location 3 minutes by foot to the town center of Chamonix. Double bed and sofa bed present.
On the 6th and last floor with elevators, a nice balcony faces the Mt Blanc massif, and the apartment has private underground parking belonging to the condominium.
It consists of:
-Fully equipped kitchen, oven / microwave, fridge, vitro plate, dishwasher, espresso machine, raclette and fondue sets
-Salon / Living room, table and chairs for 4/6 pople, wifi, excellent sofa bed 140cm, smart tv
-Bedroom with excellent new bedding of 140x200cm, duvet, large wardrobe and storage.
-Bathroom with XXL shower cubicle, hairdryer and washing machine.
- Entrance with a wardrobe, table and iron, vacuum cleaner, storage.
- Separate toilet, storage and maintenance products.
- Secure ski locker near the entrance
-Private covered parking.
-Smoking allowed only on the balcony.
-Pets not allowed.
- Linen and towels 12,50 Euros per person per week.
-Possibility to clean for 50 Euros
-The week starts on Saturday 3 pm to Saturday 10 am, the schedules remain flexible according to your arrivals and departures.
- Guarantee of 300 Euros.
