Close to the shops, Aiguille du Midi 200 m, town centre (5 minutes walk), etc.
Entirely equipped to receive 4 people:
1 Kitchenette opening on a living room, with refrigerator, oven, electric hobs, coffee maker, microwave, fondue set, microwave
1 Living room with TV, Internet access, 1 sofa-bed for 2
1 Bedroom with 1 double bed of 140 x 190 cm with new bedclothes, with very good bedding
1 Bathroom with very large shower
1 Separate toilet
Balcony with a view of the Mont-Blanc (the apartment is located on the 3rd floor, therefore it has a very nice view).

Rental for 1 or 2 weeks
Rates starting from € 200/week according to the season
10% discount for 2 consecutive weeks.

Parking place available in the underground parking (€ 25/week)
Folding bed/baby cot available upon request
Sheets rental: € 10 per pair (fitted sheet, flat sheet, 2 pillowcases)

The place was quiet and convenient. The apartment was true to the pictures. It was a little hot in the apartment, no fault of the owners, strickly a mother nature problem. The only con was poor internet service. The views were beautiful and very comfortable.

Property has all you need, clean and functional. Not huge but very adequate. Stayed with my sister, so used the bed in the lounge area as well as the bedroom, in comfort and no problem. Great views of the Aguille du Midi. We missed the fact that you must not tailgate another car in or out of the car park so got stuck out. Maybe they should have clear notes to describe how the various ‘keys’ work. Overall a good value, well located appartement.

Agréablement surpris par la propreté et la fonctionnalité de l'appartement!! Centre-ville et bcp de magasins à proximité, une magnifique vue sur l'aiguille du midi depuis la fenêtre ou du balcon, cuisine très très bien équipée que dire de plus chaleureux accueil et propriétaire à l'écoute, très content de notre séjour.

Trés bon accueil, trés bien situé proche du centre ville à pied, pas de bruit la nuit, quartier tranquille pour un mois de juillet; la vue du balcon est magnifique, nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Il manque juste un peu de rangement, pas assez de placard ou commode maissin on rien à dire;

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Appartement bien équipé, très bien situé avec parking, bien entretenu, propre. Animaux admis et bien accueillis mais peut être un peu juste pour 4 personnes par manque de rangements. Sinon rien à redire avec cette magnifique vue du balcon. Nous reviendrons sans aucun souci. Merci aux propriétaires

Chamonix, où j'ai l'habitude d'aller est toujours magnifique, l'appartement est bien fonctionnel et le balcon attrayant. Cependant, l'immeuble est mal insonorisé et les locataires (Anglais surtout) extrêmement bruyants ! A recommander pour les fêtards ou les sourds....pas pour les familles

sejour agreable a chamonix ,cependant il y a deux points negatif : il est tres tres difficile de trouver une place dans le parking passé 17 h , le lambris de la chambre meriterai d etre changé ! concernant le positif : location propre , bien equipée , wifi tres appreciable ! , animaux admis , proprietaires tres arrangeant ,bref location a conseiller !

Avons beaucoup apprécié la cuisine toute neuve dotée d'un lave vaisselle- non prévu dans le descriptif de départ- et très bien équipée. La salle de bains refaite avec une cabine de douche ajoute beaucoup de confort au séjour. Nous recommandons vivement cette location . Petit point négatif : le lambris de la chambre à rénover.
