About this house rental
Enjoy our 2 story home, 5 bedrooms plus one room with a futon also, decor that features Kentucky Bourbon and Horse Racing. Our home is situated on 2.5 acres and backs up to Benson Creek. The home consist of 3 levels. We have a fenced in area that is ideal for pets or small children. Ideally located for Bourbon Tours, Vineyards, Breweries, trips to Keeneland or Churchill Downs, UK/UL/KSU or visits to the Capital.
The top level has 3 bedrooms (1st BR has 2 twin beds, 2nd BR has 1 Queen bed and 3rd BR has a full size bed and a futon) and 1 bath, the main level host living room, dining room, kitchen and eat in area along with washer and dryer and half bath, the lower level has 2 more bedrooms (4th BR has 1 queen bed and 5th BR has 1 full bed) a living room with a queen size pull out sofa sleeper and a full bath.

Very nice place and everyone was pleased (8 adults). My only disappointment was the grill was rusted and did not work well.

What a fantastic property! Huge, clean, beautiful and responsive host. We would definitely stay again for coming down to the Bourbon Trail, Kentucky Derby, etc.
