After confirming your reservation, you’ll receive access to our Guest Portal, which must be completed before check-in. It includes your check-in instructions, house rules, and required guest information.
You will also be asked to review and sign our external rental agreement. During this process, you’ll have the option to purchase a nightly damage protection plan (damage waiver) for coverage against accidental damages during your stay.

We had a wonderful stay and a positive experience with our host, Seth. The house was just what we needed for the weekend and was perfectly set up for our 3 families. Our kiddos enjoyed the basement of activities! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. There was plenty of space in the driveway for our 3 cars. We were there for a concert at Rupp Arena and the house was conveniently located a few minutes away from the arena. There were plenty of places to dine in the area as well. Overall we had a really great experience and our host was quick to communicate.

We had a great experience staying at this vacation rental. The space was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax and feel at home.Communication with the owner was excellent—they were responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything smooth and stress-free.We’d definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again!

Communication with Seth was amazing, immediate, and helpful. The house is recently updated and beds abound. There is even one more queen bed than the listing boasted. The basement houses a five washer and dryer and more than a ping Pong table. Children also enjoyed a basketball game and foosball. Convenient to downtown and Legends Field.

Our last VRBO canceled less than 24 hrs before so we had to scramble to find a lace that would accommodate us. This place is not quite as "updated" as promised. The loaction was near stores and downtown but the yard is not 100% fenced. The host was quick to communicate but the thing that really turned us off was how many cockroaches we encountered!! In the kitchen caninet, on the counter, in the bathrooms... Would never return!!!
