It was a spacious house as described on the listing. I am not a neat freak, but noticed that there were a lot of dust bunnies along the baseboards, especially in the basement. The front window had a dead bug of some sort and the comforters in the closet of the master suite were just thrown into the closet instead of folded. I wasn’t sure if they were clean, but guessing not since they smelled like they needed a wash. There are at least 2 spindles on the deck behind the door that were detached on the bottom. Thankfully my son pushed on them before letting his toddlers go out and play on the deck.Overall, was pretty happy with the house, but recommend a really good cleaning and to fix the deck.

The house had everything we needed and more. A crib and highchair were provided and each bedroom had everything you need while on vacation. Great place for our family to stay in Lexington. Plenty of bathrooms and multiple living spaces gave everyone room to be comfortable. Just was extremely friendly and easy to reach out to for information.

The house was perfect for our visit. Fortunately the weather was mild and we could make full use of the deck off of the kitchen. Although the house initially looked small for 12 people there was plenty of room for us. My only comment for improvement would be the cleanliness of the house. The house needs a very thorough cleaning.
