This elegant 13th floor condo features a spacious open floor plan with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 1427 square feet with a 141 square feet patio space and magnificent Gulf View, perfect for watching sunsets you will never forget. The fully-equipped kitchen offers a full range of cookware and has a standard drip coffee maker. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a newly remodeled master bathroom with a custom shower and a luxurious bath tub. The 2nd bedroom has 2 queen size beds and a guest bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedrooms are carpeted, living room has luxury vinyl plank flooring, hallway and kitchen has tile floors. Love the room! Front desk lady- Victoria is so great! The chair guy that sits up the umbrellas and chairs everyday does a spectacular job! I wish the unit had larger TVS AMD SOFTER mattresses. Overall Great unit!

Enjoyable week. The location was great, the beach beautiful, but the condo was dated, and the carpet dirty. The common area of the building was well maintained.
