Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I fell in love with this condo the minute we stepped foot inside! Everything looked beautiful and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The furniture was comfortable and there was still a lot of room to move around. The kitchen was huge and filled with enough dishes, utensils, and pots/pans if you choose to cook and have your meals there. I loved the showers and the walk-in closet was a definite bonus! My favorite place was watching the waves and dolphins from the balcony. Another bonus was the included beach chairs and umbrella rental inclusion. The guys working that were super friendly and helpful throughout the day. The property managers were very quick to respond when we told them there was an issue with the tv/remote in the guest bedroom. Our favorite foodie places were Gypsea Crepes, Panama City Beach Coffee Company, and Pineapple Willy's.

My boys where playing hide n seek and found sour baby bottle under bed. Just wasn’t clean enough.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the second time we had rented a condo in February at Coral Reef. Many of our friends stay there in the winter. My sisters and their husbands also joined us for a visit while we were there. The location on the 7th floor is wonderful. You have such a great view of the Gulf and beach. I was horrified at the condition of the guest beds because of the poor box springs. The management helped convince the owners to get new box springs which was wonderful. The condo had been “deep cleaned” but was a far cry from what I believed to be thoroughly cleaned. The baseboards had not been touched nor had the carpets and throw rugs. Again the management got the owners to spot clean the carpet, which helped considerably. I took care of baseboards and washed all throw rugs in bathrooms and kitchen. There were no serving dishes but plenty of glassware. The refrigerator should be on the list of new purchases plus the furniture should be cleaned. I can’t say enough about the rental manager staff. They helped tremendously to make our visit a good one. I would recommend this property to a friend if furniture and carpet were cleaned more.
