THIS UNIT INCLUDES A SET OF FREE BEACH CHAIRS/UMBRELLA DURING SEASON (March 1 - October 31). Unit 404 is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 1427 square foot condo on the 4th floor. You will love the Spring 2025 upgrades – updated kitchen, new appliances, new lighting and LVP flooring throughout. Enjoy amazing sunsets from the balcony directly overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The large gulf front master bedroom has a king size bed and private bath with custom walk-in shower and double vanities. The second bedroom has new queen beds and adjoining bathroom with walk-in tile shower. The day bed by the kitchen includes 2 twin beds. After a full day on the beach, relax in 2 comfortable living room recliners while watching the new 65” smart television. Unit occupancy is 8 people.

We’ve been staying at the Coral Reef on and off for 20 years! Your unit was absolutely beautiful, comfortable, clean and what a nice view of the beach! We have no complaints but to thank you for letting us share your stunning condo! Many memories were made with our 90 years old grandma!

This was a short trip but we had a wonderful time. Rooms are always nice and clean. We asked for more towels and they were brought up promptly. Everyone has always been nice and helpful, we had stayed at this complex for many years.
