1102 is a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath 1427 square feet unit with an additional 141 square feet balcony space (unit on 11th floor with a magnificent Gulf View). Kitchen has both, a Keurig and also a standard drip coffee maker. Master bedroom has a king size bed and a master bathroom with a jetted tub/shower combo. Guest bedroom has two queen size beds and a guest bathroom with a walk-in shower. Luxury vinyl plank flooring in the kitchen, hallway and living room, bedrooms are carpeted. Unit occupancy is 6 people.

Everything was great! Couldn't have asked for anything any better. Well equipped, clean, updated, grounds well maintained, Rental guy was very helpful checking us in, even though we we were late, made sure we got in to our condo and no problems at all! Would stay again and recommend!! Great condo!

We had an amazing time during our stay in the Coral Reef condo! The condo was located right on the beach, close to all amenities, plenty of space and the fellow residents were very polite. We would recommend this condo to all friends and family. We made so many wonderful memories and looking forward to coming back!!
