Casa Beluka is a spacious 3-bedroom villa in the popular Faro Park area of Playa Blanca, offering one of the best outdoor spaces in the resort. With a private heated pool, hot tub, multiple seating and dining areas, pool table, table tennis, and sea-view terrace, it is perfect for families and friends looking to enjoy outdoor living, relaxation, and fun in the Lanzarote sunshine.
The Space:
Designed around outdoor living, Casa Beluka offers an exceptional holiday experience with spacious terraces, fantastic entertainment areas, and plenty of room for families and friends to relax together. Located in the sought-after Faro Park area of Playa Blanca, this welcoming villa combines comfort, style, and superb outdoor facilities.
Inside, the villa features a bright open-plan living space where the lounge, dining area, and kitchen flow seamlessly together. Comfortable furnishings, large windows, and direct access to the terrace create a relaxed and sociable atmosphere, while the fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for easy self-catering throughout your stay.
A covered outdoor dining area sits just outside the main living space, creating the perfect setting for family meals and relaxed evenings around the BBQ. A second covered terrace provides even more space to gather and features a pool table, offering entertainment in the shade throughout the day.
The villa accommodates up to six guests across three comfortable bedrooms. Two light and airy twin bedrooms are located on the ground floor and share a family bathroom. Upstairs, the spacious master suite offers a beautifully furnished retreat with an ensuite bathroom and direct access to a private sun terrace boasting lovely views across Faro Park and the Atlantic Ocean.
Outside is where Casa Beluka truly shines. The large heated swimming pool forms the centrepiece of an impressive outdoor area designed for making the most of Lanzarote's year-round sunshine. Comfortable seating areas, sun loungers, a BBQ, table tennis, and a large artificial grass area provide plenty of space for both relaxation and family fun.
For an extra touch of luxury, the villa also features a sunken hot tub, providing the perfect place to unwind beneath the stars after a day exploring the island.

Guest Access:
Guests have full private access to the villa and outdoor areas, offering a comfortable and private setting throughout your stay.
The Neighborhood:
Casa Beluka is located in the popular Faro Park area of Playa Blanca, a relaxed and friendly neighbourhood known for its excellent selection of restaurants, cafés, bars, and local amenities.
Everything you need for a comfortable stay is within easy walking distance, including shops and supermarkets, while the nearby coastal promenade offers beautiful walks along the seafront.
The centre of Playa Blanca and Marina Rubicón can be easily reached by taxi or local bus, making Casa Beluka an excellent base for both relaxing and exploring everything the resort has to offer.
Getting Around:
Taxis are readily available, reliable, and affordable for getting around the resort. Lanzarote also has a well-connected and easy-to-use bus network, offering a convenient and budget-friendly way to explore the island.
If you’d like to explore more of the island, we can also arrange car hire through a trusted local company, with the option of airport collection or delivery directly to the villa.

We’ve included a range of thoughtful touches to help you settle in and start enjoying your holiday from the moment you arrive.
A generous welcome pack will be waiting for you, including tea, coffee, milk, sugar, water, orange juice, beer, biscuits, and a bottle of wine or Cava, perfect after your journey.
Bed linen, towels, and pool towels are all provided for your stay. For stays of more than 12 nights, a weekly mid-stay housekeeping service is included. This is a light clean, along with fresh linen and towels, and takes place every 7 days (for example, on day 7 of a 2-week stay, and days 7 and 14 for longer stays). For longer stays, this continues every 7 days thereafter. For bookings of 12 nights or fewer, additional cleaning is not included, but can be arranged on request.
Air conditioning is available and operates on a pay-as-you-use basis at €0.75 per kWh. The meter accepts €1 and €2 coins and can be pre-loaded for your arrival during normal working hours if preferred.
Pool heating is included during the winter months. During the summer months (1st May to 30th September), solar heating is provided, with the option to add electric heating for an additional charge should you prefer a little extra warmth. The hot tub can also be added to your booking for a supplement, ideal for making your stay that little bit more special.
If you’re travelling with little ones, cots and high chairs can be arranged at €25 per week, per item, payable in cash on arrival directly to the local hire company.
A breakage cover fee of £10 per person is included in your booking. This replaces the need for a traditional security deposit and covers accidental damage up to £400, giving you added peace of mind throughout your stay.

We had a really good stay at this great sized villa, lots of things to do with the table tennis table, pool table, dart board and great sized swimming pool. 10mins from the centre by car but ideally placed for local restaurants and store to stock up on essentials. Great 40mins walk into town along the coastal path. Highly recommended villa.

The location of the villa was perfect. Villa was well equipped, great pool and hot tub, very spacious villa in a lovely setting.
Some of the décor and equipment was a bit dated, could do with a lick of paint here and there.

Location
No tablet at the villa as you said there was. Wrong WiFi code supplied. Simple things like providing additional loo roll and dishwasher tablets would go a long way. Fresh milk, sufficient water for everyone for the first day… little things that make a difference
