Welcome to Villa Valentina, a beautiful 3-bedroom private villa in Faro Park, just west of Playa Blanca. With Montaña Roja as a stunning backdrop and the nearby lighthouse, it offers a peaceful retreat with lovely views. Elegantly furnished, it features a spacious open-plan living area, a heated pool, pool table, 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, and 2 modern bathrooms.
The Space:
Welcome to Villa Valentina, a beautiful three-bedroom private villa in the peaceful area of Faro Park, just west of Playa Blanca. With Montaña Roja as your backdrop and the Faro de Pechiguera Lighthouse nearby, this charming villa offers a relaxing retreat with lovely views.
Elegantly furnished and full of Canarian character, the villa features a bright open-plan living space, three comfortable air-conditioned bedrooms, and two modern bathrooms. Outside, you can unwind by your private heated pool, relax in the shaded terrace, enjoy a game of pool, or dine al fresco with the BBQ in the beautifully landscaped gardens.
Inside, cool marble floors and traditional décor create a welcoming atmosphere. The lounge, with French doors opening onto the terrace, is perfect for relaxing evenings, while the fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Upstairs, the master bedroom boasts a private terrace with stunning ocean views—ideal for sunset drinks. It features a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom. On the ground floor, two additional bright bedrooms (one twin and one king-size) share a family bathroom.
Faro Park offers a friendly community with shops, restaurants, and bars just a short walk away. Playa Blanca and Marina Rubicón are only a 5-minute taxi ride, perfect for exploring more of the island.

Guests have full private access to the villa and outdoor areas, offering a comfortable and private setting throughout your stay.
The Neighborhood:
Villa Valentina is located in the peaceful Faro Park area of Playa Blanca, offering a relaxed setting with local amenities close at hand. A small parade of shops, restaurants, bars, and cafés is just a 5-minute walk from the villa, making it easy to enjoy a meal out or pick up everyday essentials.
The centre of Playa Blanca and the vibrant Marina Rubicón are both approximately a 10-minute taxi ride away, where you'll find beautiful beaches, waterfront dining, boutique shopping, and a lively atmosphere.
With its peaceful surroundings and convenient location, Villa Valentina is an excellent base for enjoying everything Playa Blanca has to offer.
Getting Around:
Taxis are readily available, reliable, and affordable for getting around the resort. Lanzarote also has a well-connected and easy-to-use bus network, offering a convenient and budget-friendly way to explore the island.
If you’d like to explore more of the island, we can also arrange car hire through a trusted local company, with the option of airport collection or delivery directly to the villa.

We’ve included a range of thoughtful touches to help you settle in and start enjoying your holiday from the moment you arrive.
A generous welcome pack will be waiting for you, including tea, coffee, milk, sugar, water, orange juice, beer, biscuits, and a bottle of wine or Cava, perfect after your journey.
Bed linen, towels, and pool towels are all provided for your stay. For stays of more than 12 nights, a weekly mid-stay housekeeping service is included. This is a light clean, along with fresh linen and towels, and takes place every 7 days (for example, on day 7 of a 2-week stay, and days 7 and 14 for longer stays). For longer stays, this continues every 7 days thereafter. For bookings of 12 nights or fewer, additional cleaning is not included, but can be arranged on request.
Air conditioning is available and operates on a pay-as-you-use basis at €0.75 per kWh. The meter accepts €1 and €2 coins and can be pre-loaded for your arrival during normal working hours if preferred.
Pool heating is included during the winter months. During the summer months (1st May to 30th September), solar heating is provided, with the option to add electric heating for an additional charge should you prefer a little extra warmth. The hot tub can also be added to your booking for a supplement, ideal for making your stay that little bit more special.
If you’re travelling with little ones, cots and high chairs can be arranged at €25 per week, per item, payable in cash on arrival directly to the local hire company.
A breakage cover fee of £10 per person is included in your booking. This replaces the need for a traditional security deposit and covers accidental damage up to £400, giving you added peace of mind throughout your stay.

This property is ideally situated for where we wanted to be. It is in a very quiet residential area which was ideal. We could see the ocean from the lounge and master bedroom windows. Everything was absolutely fine, though some areas were a little tired. Overall, this is a great property in a superb location and the host was communicative. One minor niggle was that the dishwasher was not automatic, but we soon figured it out! Also, the instructions provided for the dishwasher were not for that model.

Loved everything about this villa. Everything you need is provided, amazing accommodation. Pool is just the right size and was warm enough for December (once we were in!) the outside accommodation was perfect and sheltered even during a super calima. We were able to eat outside everyday. It was exposed for the wind though for the pool, didn't spoil it for us though. Shops and restaurants across the road were ideal, and perfect for us all. Did not want for anything.
We were a family of 5 and the hot water ran out after a shower or two. The gate jammed in the wind, was fine for us to fix, however just to not. It is windy (its Lanzarote after all) however it mean in the strong wind the pool table was useless, a more sheltered spot would be useful.

The villa is in a great location, with various friendly bars / restaurants only a 2 minute walk away.
The pool table a great ‘hit’ with my grandson together with the lovely swimming pool. Comfortable outside furniture especially the corner settee perfect for the late evening sun.
Very good service from the management team, replacing a few bulbs promptly.
As described in the title, the villa is fairly basic for the price & could do with some ‘TLC’ ie no mirror in one of the bedrooms, nowhere to hang jackets in the hall, curtain hooks in the lounge hanging off..

The villa is located in Faro Park which is very nice and quiet. Shops and restuarants within 2 mins walk. Easy access to main resort local bus every 30 mins and only €1.40.A welcome folder with details on how appliance work took 20mins to work out how to get tv working.
